Yes. CityNest is on Google Play and works on Android phones and tablets. The web version and the app share the same account and the same data, so you can start something on a laptop and finish it on a phone.

Yes. The firm owner creates the workspace and shares an invite code; partners and employees join with it. Roles decide what each person can see and do — for example, performance and attendance reports are restricted to the owner.

Leads from Facebook and Instagram lead ads arrive automatically once you connect your Page, tagged with the campaign and ad that produced them. Google Ads lead forms, property portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, Square Yards, QuikrHomes and Real Estate India, and your own website form can deliver to a private CityNest link where the portal supports lead forwarding. Gmail capture adds the enquiry emails portals send you, including OLX. You can also add leads by hand, from your phone contacts, from a spreadsheet or Google Sheet, or from a photo of a visiting card. Every lead records its source.

Yes. A new lead from an ad, a portal or your website sends an alert to the firm owner and managers, and to the agent it is assigned to, on Android and in the browser, even when the app is closed. Inside CityNest it also appears instantly with a pop-up and a badge on the bell.

Yes. Choose UAE · Dubai when you create your firm. Prices are then in AED (for example AED 850K or AED 2.35M, with rents per year and the number of cheques), property types are the ones used in Dubai — apartments, villas, townhouses, penthouses, hotel apartments, plots and commercial units — and addresses use communities and emirates. Each listing can record whether it is ready or off-plan with its expected handover, its DLD permit (Trakheesi) number, furnishing and service charge. Phone numbers use +971 for calls and WhatsApp, and Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle can deliver leads to a private CityNest link where the portal supports lead forwarding.

A single broker pays ₹500 a month, or ₹5,500 a year. Teams of up to 5 members pay ₹250 per user per month, and teams of 6 or more pay ₹200 per user per month, both billed annually. Every plan includes every feature, on the web and on Android. During the current festive offer every plan is 10% off. No. Your properties, leads and team data are scoped to your firm at the database level, not just hidden in the interface — another firm cannot query them even in principle. Nothing in CityNest is published to the open web; it is a CRM, and everything in it sits behind your login.
